INGRÉDIENTS POUR 4 GOURMANDS
1 pâte feuilletée
100 g de brie Roitelet
4 tranches de jambon blanc
1 cuillère à soupe de moutarde forte
2 cuillères à soupe de crème fraîche épaisse
1 jaune d'oeuf
Sel et poivre

COMMENT PRÉPARER VOS CROISSANTS
Dans un bol, mélangez la moutarde et la crème fraîche, salez et poivrez.
Déroulez la pâte feuilletée et coupez 8 triangles réguliers.
Préchauffez votre four à 180°C.
Ôtez la croute du brie Roitelet puis coupez-le en petits morceaux.
Nappez chaque triangle de pâte avec la crème puis répartissez les morceaux de brie Roitelet. Recouvrez avec la moitié d'une tranche de jambon.
Roulez les triangles de pâte de la base la plus large vers la pointe de sorte à former un croissant, puis placez-les sur la plaque du four recouverte de papier sulfurisé.

COMMENT CUIRE VOS CROISSANTS
Battez le jaune d'oeuf, puis à l'aide d'un pinceau, badigeonnez les croissants avant de les enfourner environ 20 minutes.
Laissez refroidir et dégustez vos croissants en famille.
